ClearPath

About

We built the company we could not hire.

ClearPath has kept homes and workplaces across the Charlotte metro in order since 2012.

01The founder

Nadia cleaned houses for six years before she ran anything.

She learned the work from the inside, then spent four years managing a commercial contract for a company that treated crews as interchangeable. Clients complained constantly. The work was not worse than anyone else’s — it was simply never the same twice.

ClearPath started in 2012 with one crew and a rule: the same people go back to the same property, and everything they are supposed to do is written down. 14 years later that is still the entire operating theory. Crews stay an average of five years, which is why clients stay longer.

We are not the cheapest option in the Charlotte metro and have never tried to be. Clients who leave over price generally come back within a year.

Credentials and guarantee

02What we hold to

Four things we will not trade away.

These are operating constraints, not slogans. Each one costs us money, and each one is the reason the work stays consistent.

  • 01Discretion

We are in your home or your building when you are not. Crews do not photograph properties, do not discuss clients, and do not use your address as a portfolio piece without written permission.

  • 02Consistency

A good clean once is not a service. The standard has to survive a crew change, a holiday week, and the fourth year of a contract. Everything we document exists to make that possible.

  • 03Employment

Every person is a W-2 employee with a living wage, paid training, and health coverage. Subcontracting moves risk onto the person holding your keys, and it shows up in the work.

  • 04Plain dealing

Fixed prices, written scopes, and no auto-renewal traps. If a service stops making sense for you, cancel it with thirty days' notice and we will part on good terms.

03The people

You will speak to one of three people.

There is no call centre and no ticket queue. The person who answers already knows your property.

    Nadia Okonjo

    Founder

Cleaned houses for six years, then spent four managing a commercial contract and watching how much of the outcome came down to whether the same people came back. Started ClearPath in 2012 to run it the other way.

    Marcus Delaine

    Director of Operations

Runs scheduling, crew assignment, and the quality log. If your crew is changing next week, Marcus is the person who called you about it first.

  • A portrait of the head of training in a supply room, checking equipment on a shelf.

    Rosa Villanueva

    Head of Training

Every hire spends two weeks with Rosa before working unsupervised. She wrote the room-by-room sequence the whole company works from.

04Service area

The Charlotte metro, and not much beyond it.

Crews that travel an hour arrive tired and leave early. We stay inside the radius we can serve properly.

Just outside the list? Ask. Commercial contracts over 10,000 sq ft are often worth the drive.
