Our process

Trust is a process, not a promise.

Five steps between your first call and a property you no longer have to inspect. Nothing about it is improvised.

01Step 01

Vetting

Before you ever meet us, we have already turned people down.

Every hire clears a county, state, and national criminal search, two verified prior employers, and E-Verify — before an offer, not after. Then two weeks paired with a lead before they work in a property unsupervised. The check is repeated annually. Most of what goes wrong in this industry goes wrong at the hire, so that is where we spend the effort.

02Step 02

Walkthrough

Forty-five minutes on site, at no charge, before a number is discussed.

We walk the property with you and write down what actually matters: the rug that cannot be wet-mopped, the door that is never locked, the conference room that has to be ready by seven. Quotes given over the phone are guesses, and guesses become disputes in month three.

03Step 03

Custom scope

A checklist for your property. Not a package with your name typed at the top.

You receive a written scope — room by room, task by task, with frequency and a fixed price. You approve it before anyone starts. It becomes the document the crew works from and the document quality is measured against, so there is never a question about what was agreed.

04Step 04

Consistent crew

A team you will recognize, every visit.

Your crew is assigned, not dispatched from a pool. They learn the property — which floors mark, which entrance to use, which room gets missed if you are not paying attention. When someone is out, a trained backup who has worked your property before covers, and you are told in advance rather than after.

05Step 05

Quality check

The visit is not finished when the work is finished.

The crew lead walks the property against your scope before leaving and logs the result. You can see the log. If something is missed, we return within 24 hours and re-clean it — there is no conversation about whether it counts, and no charge. That is the guarantee, and it is the reason clients stay for years.

06The guarantee

If it is not right, we come back within 24 hours and it costs you nothing.

No claim form, no photographs required, no debate about whether it was in scope. Tell us and we return. In 14 years the guarantee has been invoked rarely, which is the argument for offering it.
